Evaluation of Performances
i. Collection of Performance Review Sheet from various departments and submitting it to the DMD
- A list of eligible employees (employees must have served atleast 6 months in the company) is prepared.
The Reporting Managers are mailed to share the KRA-KPI lists for the new joinees. After receiving the same, HR makes amendments in the choice of words and ensures it is as per the PMS requirements.
Mails are rolled out to the Reporting Managers, as defined in the above mentioned list, to provide Ratings along with comments in the Performance Review Sheets (KRA-KPI) for the employees reporting to them.
After receiving the filled in sheets, the review sheets are combined unit wise for all the employees.
As per the defined structure, the relevant sheets are mailed to DMD for his ratings with comments
